What This Is
The Crossroads Tour is a full-length AI-generated country rock concert. I created it using a mix of AI tools — not to show off the tech, but to tell a story I couldn’t tell any other way.
There’s no film crew. No band. No stage lights. Just characters, songs, and moments — all stitched together by one person who wanted to see what was possible.
It’s not perfect, and it’s not meant to be. But it’s something different.
Behind the Process
The toughest part of making The Crossroads Tour was keeping things visually consistent from scene to scene. It sounds simple — but it wasn’t. I had to regenerate images over and over… sometimes up to 30 times just to get one that matched what came before.
Then came the next step: animating those images using another AI — trying to get them to move like a real performance, not just flail around like a busted robot. Every scene became a back-and-forth fight between me and the software, trying to get it to match what I saw in my head.
I used multiple AI tools to pull this off — each with its own quirks, limits, and breakdowns. Some days it felt like a three-ring circus, trying to wrangle a bunch of systems that didn’t want to play nice with each other.
But that’s the truth of it: this concert wasn’t just created — it was wrestled into existence.
This isn’t some polished Hollywood production. It’s not perfect — and it’s not trying to be. What it is… is something new. Something built piece by piece, using every tool I could find, until it told the story I had in my head.
It’s got rough edges. Some scenes are cleaner than others. A few visuals shift. Movements don’t always look natural.
🙏 Thank You
If you watched the concert, shared it, or even just clicked out of curiosity — thank you.
More to come.
